SC Grants Maharashtra Police Till Dec 1 to File Charge Sheet Against Arrested Activists

Under the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), if police does not file the charge sheet within 90 days in serious offences, the arrested accused become entitled for grant of statutory bail on the ground of delay.
