YSRCP filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the High Court (HC) in November last year seeking directions to the ECI to verify discrepancies. In a hearing before the court, the ECI claimed that it has weeded out fake voters from the list and asked for the PIL to be dismissed.
