Article 370 on Kashmir’s Special Status to be Revoked, J&K and Ladakh to be Union Territories

Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday announced in Rajya Sabha that Article 370 will be removed via an executive decision and the state will be bifurcated into two union territories – a Jammu and Kashmir with a legislature and Ladakh without one.
