Kashmir LIVE: Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi today said he was ready to visit the Valley to check the situation on ground if required as the Supreme Court dealt with a bunch of petitions against the restrictions imposed in the Valley after the Centre scrapped the special status of Jammu and Kashmir and decided to bifurcate it into two Union Territories — J&K and Ladakh.
