Shops and Salons in Neighbourhood Allowed, But Not in Market Complex: What Can Open, What Can't

With the Centre’s fresh guidelines, local shops selling both essential and non-essential goods can open for the first time in more than a month. The Ministry, however, said the new instructions will not apply to hotspots or containment zones in the country.
