Delhi HC Seeks CBI's Response on Kuldeep Singh Sengar's Appeal Against Jail in Unnao Rape Case

Justice Vibhu Bakhru issued notice to the CBI and also asked the agency to respond to Kuldeep Singh Sengar's application seeking suspension of the sentence till pendency of the appeal.
